Our refunds policy is also simple.
You may return a foot spa that is in NEW unused condition within 30 days of purchase, just email us on support@hydrapedics.com with your order number and the subject 'return', and we'll keep back to you with a pre-paid return shipping label within 3 working days.
What if I receive a faulty foot spa machine?
Contact us via email and we shall either replace your foot spa with a new one or a full refund shall be offered, no questions asked.
Warranty
All our foot spas come with a 12 month warranty.
If you have any issues during the cover, fill in the contact form or email us on support@hydrapedics.com and your foot bath shall be repaired or replaced.
